Jönköping University conducts research in a focused and international environment. Each school has its own designated focus areas and research activities.

The focus areas at Jönköping International Business School are entrepreneurship, ownership and renewal. The School of Education and Communication examines the conditions for education and communication. The School of Engineering provides technical expertise and know-how to small- and medium-sized enterprises. The School of Health and Welfare addresses health, care and social work from a unique holistic perspective.

There are great opportunities to cooperate with us and our researchers in various projects. Collaborations may, for example, consist of contract research, funded doctoral students or professional development.

Jönköping University offers Doctoral Programmes in English, available for international students with the required qualifications. Doctoral education is conducted at all four schools and the university has some 180 doctoral students.
